i waS in sCh.. haha.. thEre's dis stEWpit sCiEncE marAthOn tt laSted foR 9 hrs thAt i HAD to atteNd. 9-5. my aSs werE burnt. Yucks. sO, i skipped day 1 in camp.
Day 2
I wEnt wif Salihin tO thE camp frm sCh. yEs. its' tHE sci mArAThon again. yUCks.
sOo.. we went in tO thE eASTLOdgE hOsteL.. yeAH.. fOund Our rooms.. & cheCk-ed in... mEt the fightERs & thE artiSticaL warriOrs.. waSs sOoo glad to seE thEm! But.. amy told mE thAt thEre's an empty bEd in hER rOom, her rOom waS a 6 bEd rm & suppOsEdly, i had tO shAre with my 4 girLs (fAra,ShikiN,HaifA & Marini) in thE QUad rOom whiCh consiSt of only 4 bEds, bUt sincE thEre's an xtra bed in Amy's rOom, i wEnt tO hEr rOom n unpaCK my sTuff dEr. weLL.. & i had tO oCcupy thE tOp bEd, cOz thE reSt arE fuLL sOo no woRries. i juS climbEd uP & reSt & did suM waSh up & juS chill oUt for awhilE wif thE reSt in thE bUnk.. dEn suddEnLy, Icha waS laffin like a mAd woMan in thE gUy's bUnk.. im cErtain that shE tOok thE laffing gAs.. bUt sOon enuf, it waS baCk tO quiEt & normal situation sO we wEnt oUt fOr nighttrAinin & dinnEr wif all my cAmPmAtes.. trAinin waS tiring & sWEatin.. it waS humid at thE trAinin place, tHOugh thEre's sum wind heRE & thEre.. thE dinnEr was Ok Ok.. not really dElicious, hEy, it's a cAmp. so u cAnt expect a 5 stAR hOteL fOOd ryte? sOo.. since it dun really taSte SOo goOd, i jus atE thE ricE & fried egg wif sum pOtAtoEs despitE the sPooOnfuL of otHEr diSh on my platE. dEn.. off tO thE bunk.. ( weLL, i duNo why bUt i fELf nAusEa wEn i stEp into my bUnk, sO i wEnt tO thE toilet & vOmit oUt evrytiNk) dEn bAthE & den chill 4aWhilE at FArA's rOom, jOkE hEre n dERe.. yadayadayada..
den Icha suddEnly wEnt bErsErk. aMy & mAseLf tried oUr vEry bESt to calm hEr dOwn. shE went mad, shoutin,laffin,kiCKin arnd.. Amy & I nOe suMtink is insidE hEr, sO wE wEnt tO read sum prAyErs & whiSpEred in hEr eAr thE prAyers.. Amy gave hEr a drink that shE had chAnted sum prAyers on whilE i grabbed hEr arms n legs tO prevEnt her frm, hittin hER self cOz shE was really reActed vioLEntly wEn we said thE prAyErs..bUt aftA awhile, shE waS baCK to hEr nOrmal sElf, & shE said she felt weAk & thAt shE duNo wAt happEned.. dEn she joined thE reSt ( shirin lily budi shaik .....) whilE me & amy went for our ishak prayer at Fara's rm.. And tHEn, ICHA wEnt bErsErk AGaiN! thiS timE, really SCARY. REALLY viOlEnt. Amy & myself wEnt tO dO thE samE thing wE did eAlier But oUr prEsident tOld is tO gEt oUt & lEt hEr handle... sOo.. wE wEnt oUt.. & dEn an old mAlay WARDEn camE & did suMtink tO cUrE Icha... evritink wEnt baCK tO nOrmal.. dEn wE all deCided tO slEep. bUt AMy & Myself cUdnt sO we stAy uP & haf a chAt..whilE thE rest of oUR bunk mAtes & suM guys wEnt oUt tO shOp..it was midnite.. bUt thEy stil wAnts to go out..sOo.. up to em la..Me n Amy hEArd thAt THEY ( shirin's gAng) dO nOt bELieve thAt Icha was PossEssed. Instead, they said thAt shE was jus aCtin tO grAb our attEntiOn. BUT, ME & AMY ( and thE rest, fAra,fa,rini,shikin,ain,nad) nOes thAt she WAS being pOssEssEd. WEll, it was still my first night dEr, & this had tO happEn. wAt a luCk. hahaha...
DAY 3
It's thE laSt night. in thE aftAnOOn, wE had intEnsive trAinin at NUS. Den wE went baCk tO our hOstel to reSt n prEparE for BBQ @ nite. but at 6pm, mE & amy wEnt to grAb a short nap in our bunk.sOo.. wE slEpt.. bUt thE bUnk is really hOt, i waS sWeAtin despite thE fAn & thE aircon neAr mE. i didnt nOE thAt Amy fElt thE samE until shE decidEd tO adjust thE aircon & dEn, wE slEp agAin.. bUt it didnt help as mUch. it becamE woRst. i waS sWeatin pRofuseLy..& im surE Amy tOo. a lil while latEr, Lily camE intO thE bUnk, & wAke amy up, & sAid, 'why did u off thE aircon mOTor' or izzit ' why is the aircon temp being inncrease'.. & hEncE, thAt explAins why wE wEre sWeatin prOfusely.. but wAit, the fan & thE airCon was tO thE mAx b4 amy adjuSted, hOw comE it's still hOt?It was ON foR like an hr & the heAt waS really extreme. well.. mAyb, our body tEmperAtuRe cudnt reaCt as faSt tO thE tEmpEratUre... wAtEver.
sOo.. at 7.30pm, amy wOkE up to prAy mAgrib whilE i jUS wokE uP & wAsh up cOz uNluCkily, my pEriod camE jus wEn i was abt tO tAkE thE 'wudhu' .. sOo.. i cudnt prAY.. sOo.. i jus wENt baCK tO my bunk, alOne & paCK my stuff so thAt the next day, i dun hAF tO paCk up.. hERe's thE thrill, wEn i waS paCKin up, i kept lOokin around thE rOOm.. i dunO why but i fElt a bit diff.... like vEry anxious... well, at that pOint of timE, i guEss maybe i was jUs fEelin wEird cOz of my period & thE faCt that the rm was really quitE at 7 plUs..sOo.. i quiCKly paCk wAtEever i cAn & rush oUt of thE rOom tO mEet fAra & thE othErs.. dEn at 8, we wEnt oUt fOr BBQ@ EC!
at 11.30pm, amy fara shikin,rini,fa,salihin & myself dEcidEd tO wEnt baCK tO hOstel.. coz thEre's Nothing mUCH tO do at EC late at nite & thEre's onli 1 small tEnt that sumonE broUght thAt i helped tO sEt up.. & its nt eNuff tO fit us all in.. sOo.. off to hostel.
AMY,SALIHIN,FARA & myself was in the 6-bed bunk (AMY's & MY rOom) & wE sat on ICHA's bEd nEArest tO thE dOOr.. & talk.. AiN & NAd jOined us sOon aftA coz thEy said thEre's really nOt mUCH tO dO at EC.. soO.. d 6 of us was in thE rOom. jus taLkin & suddenly, thE tOpic abt ICHA's incident wAs brought up... & wE commEnted.. sOo.. yeAH.. bUt sUddEnLy, i fElt very hOt neAR thE dOor ( i wAs sittin on ICHA's bEd jUs opp thE door wif Amy & fara whilE salihin sat dwn neAr the door & ain n nad was packin sum stuff jus beside me).. sOo.. i jus fan myself abit wif my hand bUt sUddEnLy i fElt differEnt, while thE reSt wEre talkin abt thE inCindEnt, i fElt like tHEre's is suMtink that sUrroUnds mE.. sOo i juS kEpt quitE & sElawat in my heArt.. & wEn NAD tOld us thAt sHE can sEnse thE pREsEnce of thE sPirits & thAt Ain cud sEe at timEs thOse 'THINGS'.. i jUs cudnt tAke it..Ain pOinted out thE pOsitiOns of the 'thing' thAt she sAw & i guEs thAt's thE biggeSt misTAke tt wE cud evEr makE aftA reallin Icha's incidEnt. Fara waS really afrAid thAt shE sWitChed place wif amy & shE sat in bEtwEen me & amy. i jus pAt on hEr & says ' comE on, relax, its nOthing..' i was jus tryin to reaSsure her BUt Again, i sEnsed thAt thE 'thing' was surrounding mE, nEar mE, & it's getting stRongEr. The prEsEnCE is stRongEr. & my heArt was in pAin & my bOdy was trEmbling. i sUddently felt cOld & trEmblEd.i read sum prAyeRs & i nOe thAt 'IT' is cOmin, it is tryin to EntER my body. i NOe. i can fEel it. Fara aSked Salihin tO sEnd hEr baCk tO hEr rm which is 2 doors aWay cOz shE realli cAnt takE it. shE's wEak heArted & shE kNEw it. whEn thEy lEft, Amy stArts tO read the YASSIN alOud.. and hEr vOice waS trembling a lil.. i nOticEd it. it was lOud n Low, Loud n Low + a lil trEmbling. & right aftEr, i cudnt contrOl it anymORe. my hEArt gEt wEakEr & more pAinful den b4, my hands wEre shAky, i cannOt utter anymore prayErs, I jus cried. i bRokedwn cOz i really cudnt fight the 'thing'. it's enterin my bOdy, slowly. i can sEnse it. i jus cried badly. Amy aSked all of us tO leave thE rOom & move into Fara's roOm wif oUr beLongings & jus when wE wEre abt tO leAve da room,shirin's gAng camE baCk baCk n stOod infront of the dOOr, askin what happen & stOpped us frm leavin..den amy or ain said sumtink like ' the room is dirty, shai cant control it' den we jus walkoUt..right afta i put my fEet out of the room, i felt very weak, i almost fall & i was half conscious.. salihin asked me tO stay strong & amy whispered sumtink in my ear & aftEr thAt i dunO wat happen.. den i was in fara's room on the bed, & da WARDEn camE tO mE preSsed my left tOe, i jUS felt very pAinfuL in my heArt. & 'zzzzuup!' i fElt sumtink gots out frm my whole body & dEn i felt weAk & i jus lied dOwn. i was half-conscious & i cudnt open my eyes..
after awhile, i heArd AMY sHoUted 'allahuakbar' 3 times & thE third timE was a lOudest. & i heArd evryonE sayin ' Aminah da kEne, die plak kene ' & i immEdiatEly wanted tO gEt uP & help hEr oUtside bUt i was very weak & thE reSt all stOpped me frm gettin up. At thAt very mOment, i jus brokEdWn. i fElt useless & like a failure coz i cUdnt help my very cLose buddy Amy wHo waS pOssessed. i felt like a tOtal useless pErsOn sEriously, cuz shE helped me bUt i cudnt pRoteCT hEr at that very timE. BLAARRDDY HELL. den suddenly Icha started sCreamin. & i nOe thAt 'thing' has gotten oUt of amy's body & transfErred itself inTO Icha's body cOz amy's chAntin waS pOwerfuL & Icha was thE wEakEst at that tiMe afta me cOz shE was still in the HAUNTED rOom while i was already in the SAFE ROOM ( a rOom whEre thEre is prAyErs by the girls and whEre thEre is prAyers bEing played in the evenin). AFta that, the same WARDEN help AMy & Icha by gEttin rid of thE 'thing' & evrytInk went baCK tO nOrmal. oNly thEn, aftA 3 ppL kena consEcutiveLy in the samE night, thAt shirin bElieves thAt thEre is 'sumthing' in d 6-bEd bUNk.
Amy quickly got in the safe rOom and rest while ain tOld her thAt i was wOrried abt hEr whEn shE kena oUtside. Amy hugged me & sat next tO mE tO reassure mE that she's ok. At that very mOment, i wanted tO gEt up & hug hEr back bUt i was realli wEak to do sO. afta awhile, evrythink's under cOntrOl & THE ROOM was occupied by most of the guys. ( weLL, it was instrUCted thAt the rOom is for the guys & nt the girls but shirin ignOred that as tHere are more girls than guys tt came for da camp) & hencE, thE girLs (including myself) occUpied thE rOom.
DAY 4
Gd MOrning! very refreShin! we shOwered & gOt dWn for oUr last breAkfaSt meal! wE wEre all paCked up & ready tO gO! gO whEre? gO HOME la! hEehe.. well.. dUring breakfast, Ain told us thAt shE sAW 'IT' was starin at AMY & den At mE last night. hencE, thAt explains why Amy felt hOt & recited the YASSIN in a trEmbling vOice & my brEakdWn. bUt the frEAkin thing was thAt, i & amy had tO gO back tO THE ROOM to get oUr sHoes coz we left it dEr.. sO, amy went up first dEn i wEnt it. Shaik was thEre togather wif Nad,Ain & Amy. Shaik wAnted To start tAlking abt 'IT' in THE ROOM, bUt Nad was like ' no no, dun stArt, let's get oUt frm hEre'. i jus ignored thEm & quickly grAbbed my shoes & my hp chArgEr which i found at thE cornEr of THE ROOM & left wif my mind sayin ' i wana gEt my belongings oUt & leAve this fREAkin shit BUNK as sOon aS PosSible'. HAHA. sooo.. yeAh, we stAyed at Fara's Bunk for awhile & AMY RINI HAIFA recited sum prayers in tHE safE rOom togAtha wif me, fAra, ain & nad.. Fara was hopin thAt that 'thing' will not fOllow us home. That initiAted the recitAtion of thE Yassin.
& thEn we gAThered neAr thE poRCh & tOok suM pICs & right b4 we left the hOstel, a window pane fell frm the 4th level right next tO us. Luckily thEre is shElter above us & we didnt get hit by thE glAss. And Shirin was sayin " Kite datang glass pecah, nk alik pun glass pecah! " and Everyone was kept silEnt. I noe thAt the broken glass was a bad omEn. But i wasnt at the hOstel on the 1st day, & da rest who wEre thEre might nOt haf thOt that suCh thing wUd happen. And Finally, wE walk oUt of thE place, lEAvin the EAST LODGE HOSTEL & never tUrn behind. ( jAngan pandang blakang). HAHA. That's it. A camp thAt will be in my mind forEver. An experience that i will nvr fOrgEt. EVER.
