okAyy.. nOw.. soMe updates for dis week. it's true tt iM nOt as cOmposed as i alwyys do. But, its nOt ma fauLt. i tried tO stAy aLert in cLasses and sTudy weLL and gO for trAining & dO ma beSt in all the mOves i learnt. However, the reSuLts are nOt as wAt i've aLways achiEved & yes, iM very diSatisFied wif my pErforMance dis wEek. it's sEem like iM losing ma energy & strEngth eaCh day. i do eAt on tiMe, hAf enuff slEep & be chEerfuL & sMiLe tO everyOne i mEet eaCh day bUt as i do all thAt, i fEel lethArgic & weAk & i reAlly dun uNdaStand why thAt is hAppening.

SiLat trAining had drAined me oUt phySicaLLy. And the elEcted cOAch sEems tO be piCkin on me. ok, he is gOod in coAChin us nO dOubt bUt i juSt fEel like.... ok, mAyb im jus bein sEnsitiF here. i adMit my mOves sux. Its faiLing me. reaLLy. iSsit my staMina? or iSsit my bLurness? or iSsit iM intiMidated by the coaCh preSence? i reaLLy dunO.
